Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. The Oak Bay Club was organized in 1947 and since then has been actively involved in building and serving Oak Bay and the Capitol Region District through programs such as the Rose Manor, Kiwanis Pavillion, Victoria Best Babies and Childrens Cancer Fellowship, to name but a few.
